Land Surveyor
Design Alaska is searching for a land surveyor to manage land surveying field crews, primarily those conducting construction surveys. The position entails responsibility for building business relationships, preparing fee proposals, managing and directing field work, office calculations, quality control of field work, reviewing field books, and scheduling. This offering is open until the position is filled.
In addition to the general attributes listed above that Design Alaska seeks in all of our new employees, the attributes Design Alaska seeks in applicants for this position include:
- Construction staking experience.
- Survey field crew management experience.
- Experience with Autodesk software packages; i.e. AutoCad, Civil 3D.
