Comprised of over 100 acres, these two subdivisions created nine remote cabin sites along the Chena River in Fairbanks for the Fairbanks North Star Borough. Boating to the site daily, the field work consisted of two section breakdowns, 10,000 feet of meanders, 4 miles of trigonometric leveling, and the brushing of all property lines. The subdivision required coordination with DNR on the vacation and dedication of public access easements through the property.
