Design Alaska provides construction land surveying services from the beginning of a project to the final handover to the owner. Of primary importance is communicating with our clients to understand what their needs and goals are on the project. We tailor a scope and fee that will enable them to complete their project on time and within budget. We work with the site superintendent to provide on-time layout and avoid conflicts. We have experienced office support staff that is in direct communication with the field surveyors and contractor. They maintain the work schedule, provide daily layout and calculation sheets to the field crew, and perform daily quality control of the field work. The layout sheets are also given to the contractor so they know exactly what survey work is being completed. We believe in an open and informed relationship with our contractor clients.
