Military Operations in Urban Terrain (MOUT) Collective Training Facility, US Army Engineer District, Ft. Wainwright, Alaska. Design-Build with 17 buildings simulating an urban setting for combat training. The buildings are constructed of CMU block and concrete and simulate specific buildings in a mock community to include family dwellings, a school, offices, a municipal building/jail, and other civic structures. Some of the buildings are constructed to simulate damage from weapons fire (partially rubbleized). With the exception of the After Action Review (AAR) building, all of the buildings are unheated.

The utilidor system on Ft. Wainwright was extended to provide heat, water, and sewer for the AAR building. The AAR Building includes a control room for monitoring cameras to record troop movements and training activities. Building site was previously undeveloped and site work included all clearing and fill for construction of gravel roads into and within the training area. Entire site consists of approximately 4.75 hectares (11.75 acres).
