Architecture

Design Alaska’s Architectural Department is comprised of professional architects, adventurous and talented architectural associates/design professionals, and graphic designers. The architects are supported by a team of talented CAD technicians who assist with drawings, renderings, and interior color boards. The department is well versed in a wide range of design tools including ACAD, Revit, Sketchup, 3D Max, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop. The architectural team is responsible for project design and detailing, beginning with initial programming/planning to working side by side with the client through design and construction.

The team is experienced in both new construction and renovation projects across commercial, educational, institutional, light industrial, recreational, and residential complexes. Their expertise spans the full spectrum of architectural practice, including feasibility studies, master planning, program reports, code analysis, construction documentation, area development plans, comprehensive interior design, and construction administration.
